In the old part of the farm you find this cozy little home with private terrace looking out over the back part of the organic citrus orchard. When you come in, you are drawn outside where you look out over the orchard. Here you can cook outside or zip on your cold beer at the bar. Inside you'll find a colourful bathroom with rain shower, a comfortable bed, climate controle, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. In summer, the sun setting will peak trough the trees on your terrace.

The house is close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. It's a perfect house for sunny days. All rooms have a private bathroom. Two of these rooms are divided by a door, perfect for children. Fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool with wide ocean view for the exclusive use of guests, plus a large terrace with barbecue. Situated within an orchard neighbouring the owner's house, this traditional guesthouse is the ideal location for those wanting to relax amongst a tranquil environment close to the Ria Formosa Nature Park. Tavira town is approximately 10/15 minutes by car and nearest beaches (Barril & Fuzeta) 10 minutes by car. Faro airport can be reached in 30 minutes. We recommend renting a car to maximise your time here!

The Quinta Avalon is located in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer, near the traditional village of Porches, between Portimão and Albufeira, in a picturesque landscape. Relax in this special and quiet space. However, if you have problems with the presence of dogs and cats, we would advise you against booking our Quinta, as all our animals are free to roam around our entire premises.
