Rustic house with patio, where you can have fragrant barbecues after a dip in the river beach of the bogueira, which is a 3-minute walk away. With thick stone walls, it is quite cool in the summer. With no stairs, it is perfect for people with mobility issues and children, although your 4-legged friend will also love it. This House is situated just 50 Mts from the sea in a 40.000 m2 area, 360' view, in an excellent fishing point called "ponta do caneiro " . It is also surronded by wild beaches and the Magoito beach. It was built in 1940 and was recently totally restored. An electric car or a 9 seat Van is available for rental by request, with excellent conditions, pick up in Sintra or at the airport.
