Welcome to a newly built (2021 with 2 apartments), charming house between Mora and Orsa with high standard for the whole family with regular pets or for BUSINESS in the heart of Dalarna. Wonderful views of Lake Orsa and the blue mountains. In the middle of nature, close to swimming, skiing experiences and adventures. Now the spa area is ready to use. The price is not included in the regular house rent. Although the house is located in a nice and quiet area, it is only 5 minutes to the hospital and 8 minutes to the shopping center.

My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.

Wood-fired sauna available. Can be purchased for cleaning and rental of bed linen/towels. Smoke and pet-free.

Detta är en riktigt mysig stuga på 27 kvm med nyrenoverat badrum och kök, samt veranda på 29 kvm med storslagen utsikt över Siljan. Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

Nybyggd lägenhet (2022) i genuin dalamiljö belägen strax utanför Mora i byn Färnäs Fina promenadstråk i närheten och ca 2 km till badplats vid Siljans strand. Det är 2 km till Mora-noret köpcentrum och 5 km till centrala Mora. Det finns 2 sovrum I ett rum finns en dubbelsäng för 2 personer. I det andra rummet finns en våningssäng för 2 pers. För en extra avgift kan man boka 5 personer i lägenheten. Då finns en tältsäng för 1 person.

The cottage is in a quiet residential area with a 500-meter walk to central Mora with the Zorn Museum and proximity to the Vasaloppet Museum, the Vasaloppet finish line, 1 1/5 kilometers to Hemus where the Vasaloppet arena for skiing, running and cycling is located. Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park

Orsasjön with long-distance skating and ski tracks. 15 km to Mora and the Vasa Race.
