Renovated in 2024 with selected materials and attention to detail, the house maintains the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the country farmhouse. You can stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city while still having the sea and the cheerful city of Civitanova at your fingertips. A Jacuzzi is available for the two accommodations.

The windows open onto a vast hilly panorama, which will give you evocative sunsets. Our treehouse in the woods, built from iron and originally used as a bivouac, has been transformed into a retreat inspired by Japanese philosophy. Inside, it offers a unique experience with an ofuro (traditional Japanese bathtub), a sauna for relaxation, and an emotional shower that stimulates the senses. The minimalist design and attention to detail create a serene atmosphere, perfect for rejuvenating in harmony with the surrounding nature.
