The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

La nostra splendida e accogliente casina è situata nell'incantevole paesino di Tereglio nella splendida valle del Serchio in provincia di Lucca a 6km dalla riserva naturale dell'orrido di Botri e a 10 km dal Parco avventure Canyon Park. La casa si trova nel centro del paese, il parcheggio si trova distante circa 60 m. Presenza di strutture ricettive. La casa è un ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare anche i paesi vicini come Barga e Coreglia, tutti e due tra i borghi più belli d'Italia.

WE LOOK AT requests AFTER 2 P.M. Our BAITA DEI SOGNI is located in the Municipality of Fiumalbo, Frignano Park at an altitude of 1390 meters, under Monte Cimone. From here, there are hiking trails by bike and on foot, in summer and winter. On-site, e-bike and snowshoe rental is available. Riva Tower, historic home

The fortress is spread over 4 levels. The ground floor consists of a kitchen, fireplace and a small bathroom. On the first floor is the dining room. On the second floor there is a double bedroom. On the third floor a bedroom with a bed and a half and bathroom with shower and washing machine. Hydro-pellet heating for harsh winter months The tower offers a lovely view of the historic center of Fiumalbo and the surrounding mountains. Outside the house there is a large garden.

Casa Caterina is located in the small and characteristic village of Lucchio, surrounded by greenery and with the possibility of multiple sports activities nearby suitable for adults and children, as well as very characteristic walks. From spring to autumn, Lucchio offers landscapes with wonderful colors, where you can immerse yourself in trekking, mountain biking, swimming in the Lima stream, looking for mushrooms and collecting chestnuts, all family-friendly activities.
