Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

Cozy brewery right next to the sea

Here at Solgården, we offer this nice 30 sqm brewery with sleeping loft with 3 beds and sofa bed in the living room. But with a glassed-in patio and a porch, the space will be twice as large. The little cottage has two comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen, toilet and shower. The location is fantastic with sea views and access to a jetty to enjoy swimming and sun, or to borrow our two canoes or two single kayaks for a trip out into the sea bay. Enjoy a good dinner, grill and watch the sun go down at the same time.

House by the sea with terrace & fireplace

Modern and spacious house with stunning views right by the water where you can enjoy in front of a wood-fired fireplace. Cozy walking paths, plenty of berries and mushrooms in the forests and good swimming opportunities. There are two large terraces - the upper one is under the open sky and the lower has roof over in case it rains. Superb kitchen with everything you need. There are two parking spaces if you drive here as well as municipal bus that stops 500 meters from the property.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
