A 90 m2 ground floor apartment with an open day area and two spacious bedrooms. Newly renovated. Quiet, bright, comfortable and fully equipped. Ideal for couples and families with children. It overlooks a beautiful community garden. It also has a private parking space. The house is located in the heart of Ezcaray, a few meters from all the shops (pharmacy, bakery, banks, bazaar, butcher...) but away from the hustle and bustle, on a semi-pedestrian street.

Located at the foot of La Redonda, Logroño's historic and social center. Casa Eladia, over 100 years old, is the only tourist accommodation in the building. A restoration that respects the old town of Logroño, preserving part of the hydraulic tile floor and masonry dividing wall. In the surroundings you will find churches of the Camino de Santiago, Calle del Laurel, San Juan, Portales and a large park on the banks of the Ebro. We have Wi-Fi.
