Judith welcomes you to this lovely house in the popular village of Kingsdown. Just a short stroll down the road brings you to the beautiful, unspoilt beach where you will find one of our three lovely local pubs, all serving food if you don't want to cook! A walk along the seafront will bring you to Deal and a short drive will take you to historic Sandwich and Canterbury, not forgetting Dover Castle.

Our home and Annexe is situated just off the main road in the village of Lydden where we are surrounded by a National Nature Reserve and have access to beautiful walks on the chalk downlands and the Whitecliffs of Dover Coastal Walk is also close by. The village of Lydden has good transport links being adjacent to the A2 connecting Dover to London and within the easy reach the High Speed rail route to London St Pancras, Dover ferry port and the Eurotunnel.

There's a great selection of restaurants from fine dining to fish and chips, a pub on virtually every street plus a history-rich area that’s easy to explore on foot. By Train: The house is a ten-minute walk from the station. By Car: Deal is twenty-minute drive north Dover and well connected to the motorway network. There are plenty of car parks close to the property.
