The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Less than 10 minutes from downtown Font-Romeu, charming small 25 m2 apartment on the garden floor. Cosy and cozy, it has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. We live in the house above but the apartment has a separate entrance and a private garden. The apartment is not suitable for more than 2 people, reservations made with young child or infant in addition will be canceled.
