The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Engine shed in the old train station **Industrial Style**

Pure nature! You live in an old train station directly on hiking and biking trails. Absolute tranquility (almost) without neighbors. Slow-moving freight trains pass by on the rails 3 times a day. On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail. The house shines with independence and special character. The house is heated with a wood pellet heating system. The electricity is generated by a hydroelectric power station adjacent to the valley mill. Sandbox, barbecue area in the garden, table tennis, table soccer, plenty of space to play and direct access to cycling and hiking trails offer you the conditions for a pleasant stay. Welcome to Modernhouse in Koblenz Güls. Enjoy your stay in the spacious outdoor hot tub with a view of the vineyards! The accommodation is modern and spacious with three bedrooms. Here, you can enhance your travel experience with a Smart TV (Ambilight), workspaces, king-size beds, a terrace with a grill and seating area, as well as a hot tub. The modern bathroom is a highlight, equipped with a walk-in shower, freestanding bathtub, and integrated sound system.

Enjoy life in our quiet yet very central accommodation. The apartment is on the first floor in a courtyard on the edge of the village with an attached horse farm. Only 8 minutes (by car) to Montabaur, 30 minutes to Limburg or Koblenz. You can also start in nature immediately from here, whether hiking, cycling or motorcycling. As riders and motorcyclists, we are happy to give you tips. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked weatherproof. 4 guests maximum

Der verglaste Wohnbereich mit Blick in die Natur ist nur eines der Highlights. Ein privater Whirlpool steht auf der Terrasse. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Der Whirlpool ist ganzjährig nutzbar.

ICE train station and outlet in Montabaur can be reached in 15 minutes. Cologne and Frankfurt airports can be reached in 45 minutes. Various tourist attractions are available nearby. Despite the good connection, the place is in a rural idyll. The apartment is built barrier-free and senior-friendly.
