Charming and cosy 52 m² apartment in an old building with high ceilings in the heart of the Ruhr area. The building dates back to 1907 and was modernised from 2012 onwards. Ideal for concerts, events, culture and a relaxing stay. Thanks to the central location, you can quickly reach the Veltins Arena, the Gelsenkirchen Amphitheatre and the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zeche Zollverein in Essen. Essen, Bochum and Dortmund are easy to get to. You can find free parking in the side streets.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.
