The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of a 2-fam. The house is situated in a quiet settlement with good access to the city center. If you like to enjoy the peace, walk or jog through the nearby forest, this is the place to be. We offer another small apartment (about 50 sqm) for max. 4 people on the 1st floor of our quiet two-family house on the outskirts of Recklinghausen. Up the stairs is a bit steep, there is a handrail on both sides. We live in a quiet settlement surrounded by fields and forests, yet you are in the city in a few minutes. The connection to the A2 and A43 is optimal. Bus stops and grocery stores are also nearby . The surrounding area invites you to excursions into nature.

It is a loft room with a size of 46 sqm,a box spring bed(1.80 x 2.00 m) as well as a bathroom en suite & air conditioning for hot days. In addition, you have the entire 2nd floor to yourself, so you can enjoy privacy. The room is located in the attic (2nd floor) and can be reached via the shared stairwell. Wi-Fi and Netflix complete the offer.

Our spacious and light-flooded apartment offers the perfect starting point for the Veltins Arena (3.2 km) and the ZOOM adventure world (1.8 km). A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike tours throughout the Ruhr area and into the Münsterland.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße in Herten. Die A 43 und die A2 sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem bequemen Bettsofa. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen wie Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Kaffee-Maschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich für max. 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern.
