Lovely beach villa in Kirkkonummi, 35km from Helsinki

Relax with the whole family in this lovely wool or even have a company strategy day! The big TV we just bought works well as a meeting screen. Ask for the meeting price separately! The brand new villa is located on the shore of a clear water lake, near Nuuksio National Park, but only about half an hour from Helsinki. The villa is perfectly equipped and the window opens to a magnificent lake view. In the morning, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the sunny terrace or even take a dip in the lake to cool off.

Seaside cottage

The seaside cottage is by the sea. The view is really nice as it looks at the sea all the way to the horizon. You can go for nice walks or swimming. Perhaps in the winter on a walk on the ice. Perfect spot if you have your fishing gear with you, or a canoe or SUP-board. The cottage works well for family, couples or just traveling alone. The place is also fine with small pets that do not shed. A sauna and reasonable amount of wood free of charge to warm up the sauna and smoker +fireplace outside.

A wonderful villa in the Nuuksio National Park

The beautiful scenery of the national park opens up in every direction from the windows of the house. Outdoor trails start right from the front door! Relax in the gentle steam of a traditional Finnish sauna, and soak in a hot tub under the starry sky (new clean water for every guest - also in winter). Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

All services and Espoo railwaystation 2 km, superstore via a forest walking path 300 m. Small bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. A hobby room is available for eating, relaxing and working, 90 cm bed is there. No kitchen but own fridge, microwave, basic dishes, coffee maker & hot water kettle. Tv and Wi-Fi. Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.
