The authentic interior is half-timbered and finished with clay piece. Shops within walking distance. Three countries point 2 km. Vaalserbos 200 meters wood stove. Indoor courtyard with seating area. Use of family garden in consultation. Apartment on 1st floor. 2nd floor inhabited and given the nature of the building it is not quiet.

The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Large ground floor flat in old mill

Large ground floor flat in old mill. This spacious flat (100 m2) has three bedrooms, a large lounge and an ancient French wood burner. It also has its own terrace with a built in barbeque and a sunny place to sit and sunbathe. I have plans to make this flat barrier-free so that disabled or elderly people can stay here without problems. At the moment it is relatively easily accessible, at the front door there are two small steps for which I will soon have a ramp and it has a walk-in shower.
