This separate quiet studio is the upstairs to our home with private entrance from the back. It is a very sweet and cozy space centrally located to all things Eugene. Minutes from downtown- an easy bike ride/walk (1.5 m), one block from the Fern Ridge bike path, and 3 miles from the UofO campus. Just over the hill heads to the wineries. There is WiFi and a smart TV. We are within 10 min walk to a major grocery store and an Asian mkt is 4 blks. Several restaurants and Espresso/pastry close as well

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

Nature lovers feel at home in my cozy cabin that is one mile from the U of O, Hayward Field, Matthew Knight Arena & adjacent to Hendricks Park - world famous Rhododendron garden with trails for running, walking & manicured gardens for strolling & picnics. My space is peaceful (no tv), comfy & practical. Queen bed with cotton sheets, coffee & tea on the kitchen shelf, outfitted for simple meal prep. This peaceful space is conveniently located within 1-4 miles of the UofO, Matthew Knight Arena, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium, Oakway Mall, Riverbend Hospital, the Whit and the Willamette River bike path. The Little House is a great place to stay for a business trip, special event or as a launching point to explore the Willamette valley of Oregon. Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The room has everything you need for a comfortable trip to Eugene/Springfield including a queen bed, full bathroom with soap, shampoo and shower gel, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water pot, and more. You'll enjoy personal touches including my own personal pottery and photography.

"THE SHED", a private, attached STUDIO with barn-like accents. There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.

The Boardwalk is Modern Luxury in an older home built in 1942. Private gated entrance along a short boardwalk off covered carport parking. Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with coffee maker (coffee choices) , electric kettle (choices of teas, apple cider & hot chocolate), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels, microwave & small frig. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly with enclosed small yard.

Elegant Master Suite with king size bed, its own private entrance, bath and kitchenette. You must be comfortable going up 3 stairs to enter the suit from the patio. This is the only entrance. Located across from Pine Ridge Golf Course in a quiet & friendly neighborhood, guests will enjoy a country setting with Mountain View’s, yet only approximately 20 minutes by car to downtown Eugene, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Matt Knight Arena or Autzen Stadium.
