A beautiful and unique stone house built with care and a lot of love, entirely from the foundations with natural materials such as stone and wood. It is located in a green area outside the village of Nerotrivia with an unlimited and unobstructed view of the Gulf of Evia and Mount Kantilio, ideal for moments of relaxation and tranquillity. On the same estate, we have also created two other stone houses with a swimming pool and an unlimited view of the sea, with the same philosophy, which are separated by a stone wall for absolute privacy.
