This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The house is made by the locals only with stones and is very cool at summer time and warm in the winter. It is air conditioned for heating and cooling. You need to klimp 47 steps so if you are not young or not feel young enough better not book here. |No good signal for cellphones no Wifi.

A traditional stone house in the center of the village of Saint George at Pelion Mountain, having at the same time the perfect privacy. A small studio-house, next to a mountain creek, ideal for a cool stay during the hot greek summer. Lush greenery, large yard with a great view to the village and the sea. -there is no wifi (yet).
