Superb apartment, fully equipped. One bedroom (queen) with desk, living room with sofa bed (queen), dressing with 1 person sofa bed. Dining room for 6 to 8 people. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine... Parking always available (not free, you can get a monthly pass from City Hall, walking distance). Newly decorated apartment - ideal location. Quiet street very close to European institutions. From the balcony, left you see the European Council 100m away. To the right is the quiet neighbourhood of Square Ambiorix, beautiful parks literally 100m from the door. Bright and cosy apartment in Bruxelles

L’appartement est situé dans le quartier bien connu du Parc du Cinquantenaire, très proche du quartier de l'UE. Le quartier est vraiment très confortable et très vivant, vous avez de nombreux magasins et supermarchés, restaurants, pharmacie et blanchisserie.
