It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

This wooden retreat, spanning 65 square meters, holds two bedrooms with double beds, offering a restful stay for four. It features a bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette.
