[Idyllic corner at the gates of Paris] This small lakefront cottage date from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I rent it in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor which is not accessible. Chalet located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

Comfortable accommodation, guaranteed peace and quiet, in a village designated as a "Village of Character." One spa session is available per night, and a treadmill is provided. Located 15 minutes from Môret-sur-Loing, 20 minutes from Fontainebleau, 25 minutes from Sens (Burgundy), 40 minutes from Provins, and 1 hour from Paris by train from Montereau station. A security deposit will be required for use of the spa.

We are well suited to welcome guest on short on long stays. Our 3 bedrooms can accomodate 5 guests ; 2 of the bedrooms have twin beds that can be separated or united to make single or double beds.
