Charmerende sommerhus med fantastisk stemning inde og ude. Skønt og meget fredeligt beliggende, som det sidste hus for enden af lille grusvej i den gamle del af Rågeleje. Fra sommerhuset er der 200 meter til skoven og 800 meter til stranden. Grunden er total uforstyrret med en smuk ældre beplantning. Huset er totalrenoveret i år og fremstår meget indbydende med loft til kip og udgang til stor syd-vestvendt træterrasse. Huset rummer tillige 3 gode soveværelser og fuldstændig nyt badeværelse.

Bring the whole family to this fantastic place with plenty of space for fun. Ideal for families with children, close to playgrounds, walking trails, forests, and nature. The house is located 7 minutes by car from the beach, 5 minutes on foot from the pizzeria, 10 minutes by car from the Väla shopping center, and the city center. Close to Malmö (60 km) and Copenhagen (100 km). The price includes bed linen, towels, and final cleaning. Excessive dirt will result in an additional charge.

Välkomna till vårt gästboende på gården med naturen och gårdens liv runt husknuten. Gården ligger intill Påarp där du med tåg kan ta dig in till Helsingborg. Med bil tar du dig på tio minuter antingen in till city i Helsingborg, badstrand på Råå eller till Vasatorps golfbana. I detta boende hyr du hela bottenvåningen på huset med tillgång till fullutrustat fräscht kök, tre rymliga sovrum, uteplats med grill möjligheter. Parkering precis intill huset. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. If you need a place to relax and enjoy the ocean, the luxery and the view in a exclusive environment, you have come to the right place.

Bo på en gård anno 2022. Nybyggt stenhus i en vacker omgivning och med en fantastisk utsikt över landskap och hav. En unik boendeupplevelse med idealiska förutsättningar för lugn, närhet till naturen och Bjärehalvöns alla utflyktsmål. Under 2025 har vi inte färdigställt den närmaste miljön runt huset men en altan med utemöbler finns. Vi ombesörjer sängkläder och handdukar. Vill du att vi tar hand om slutstädning kostar det 600kr.

Ålabodarna Seaside

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

På Bygatan i gamla Viken hittar ni vårt charmiga gästhus. Bara ett stenkast bort kan man njuta av salta bad i Öresund. På bekvämt promenadavstånd hittar ni ett utbud av restauranger, butiker och ett café där frukost kan köpas. Även promenader, naturupplevelser, äventyr och storstadspuls finns inom nära räckhåll. Trevligt gästhus med centralt läge på Råå och 200 m till stranden. Huset har 4 sängplatser, en dubbelsäng i allrummet och 2 våningssängar i sovalkov, övre säng 90cm och undersäng 120 cm. Huset har fullt utrustad kök och badrum med dusch. Det finns tillgång till uteplats och grill. Huset passar för 2 vuxna med eller utan barn.

Vår gamla skånegård ligger i en lummig avskild miljö. Renoverat hus med kök, sovrum,badrum. Vi har behållt den gamla charmen men med modern design. Närhet till Vallåkra, Råå gamla fiskeläge, där du kan bada med många fina stränder. Till Helsingborg är det 10 min med bil.
