Despite the quiet location in the southern heath, our location offers a comfortable starting point for sports and leisure activities. Culture and history enthusiasts will find plenty of excursion opportunities in the area. And of course, nature lovers will get their money's worth with us in the heath.

The well-equipped fitted kitchen was included in the open concept. The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls on the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter-circle shower.

Enjoy the spacious apartment with a cozy comfort bed. The bathroom is next to the bedroom. Wi-Fi/TV are free of charge. Restaurants, cafés and shops are close to the apartment. The stairs to the 1st floor is easily accessible. We charge €2 for parking your bicycles.
