The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Private access & parking available. Every 30 minutes S-Bahn connection to Cologne (1 hour to the Koelnmesse).

Our apartment is located directly on the forest in the beautiful landscape of the WESTERWALDS. Close to Obererbach is the excellent WESTERWALD STEIG and other attractive hiking, cycling and motorcycle routes, ideal for day trips. Our village Obererbach belongs to the district Altenkirchen. In the village, within walking distance is the Obererbach train connection (one stop to the center). You can reach the nearest shops by car in about 3.5 km.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.
