Very nice services, consisting of a living room, living room and kitchen on the ground floor. Floor composed of 4 bedrooms, one of which is located in a 40m2 parental area. Infrared sauna, balneo bathtub, large walk-in shower. heated pool under shelter (essential)accessible from the inside.

Welcome to La Villa Malouine, our family home. Beautiful luxury home with sea views and direct access to Val de Rothéneuf beach. Located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Saint-Malo, the 130 m2 house has a large tastefully decorated living room, a beautiful veranda for dining facing the sea and 3 bedrooms (new bedding, one queen size) each with its own bathroom, including a spa bath. The house is fully equipped with a large kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and Wi-Fi.

Villa on the cliff. Exceptional location for this family villa perched on the Breton cliff, offering exceptional 180° views of the sea from the living room, dining room and bedrooms. All this with a large terrace on the ground floor for lunches by the sea or a foosball table for the most nostalgic. All the necessary equipment is available. 50 m from the beach, 7-minute walk to the city center and beach clubs. Excellent 4G network for connection sharing.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 2 large outdoor terraces, a private hot tub, access to an indoor pool heated during the day. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS QUIET, WE ASK YOU TO RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD BY NOT STAYING ON THE TERRACE OR IN THE HOT TUB AFTER 10:30 PM, a noise detector alerts you by message if you are too noisy. The interior of the house is well insulated so you can continue your evenings without worries inside!
