Fantastic family vacation at Lake Walchsee/Kössen

Cozy, spacious attic apartment on the 2nd floor overlooking Lake Walchsee and the Kaiser Mountains. Great cycling, hiking and walking trails, in winter the cross-country ski trail, in summer the swimming lake is close to the house! Our local mountain, the Unterberg, offers skiing in winter, hiking and paragliding in summer, and can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The free ski bus, which runs in summer as a free regional bus in the Kaiserwinkl vacation region, stops practically at the front door!

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Not far from Salzburg and Munich! The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.
