Lake Constance, the nature of the Eriskircher Ried, the nearby trade fair city of Friedrichshafen - this is the surroundings of this approximately 40 sqm apartment in the Eriskircher district of Schlatt on the border of Langenargen. Lake Constance can be reached within minutes by foot. From the apartment you can enjoy a small partial lake view. The apartment itself is located on the third floor (attic) of a well-kept eight-party house.

My apartment is decorated in a retro style. It is a semi-basement in an old villa from 1910. The villa is located in a park-like garden (3000 square meters) with old trees. Direct lake access. The apartment (64 sqm) can accommodate 3 people. In addition (!), a construction trailer can be booked as an additional room (for 4 people/3 adults). The construction trailer is in the park. (The construction trailer cannot be used if it is not expressly booked for sleeping.
