Apartament typu studio na Żabiance (Osiedle Młodych), znajduje się na 3 piętrze, czterokondygnacyjnego bloku. Mieszkanie po kapitalnym remoncie uwzględniającym wymianę instalacji. Ground floor apartment 200 meters from the sea and Monte Cassino street. Two rooms, 4 sleeping accommodations: 22 m2 room, double and single bed, room 16 m2 (pass through), single bed, TV. In a separate room, a large bright front porch with kitchenette (dishwasher, washer, fridge, induction cooktop). Full bathroom with shower. Free wifi. A key safe. There is no access to the garden. I have a second listing (apartment 35 m2 ) in the same ground floor house, which is the entrance from the backyard.

The flat is located on the 8th floor in a coastal district. From the balcony, there's a beautiful view of the sea and the Gdańsk Bay. The interior is bright and comfortable, fully equipped. It's a quiet neighbourhood with good local infrastructure, including free parking, numerous shops, and services. It's in a prime location: a 15 min. walk to the beach and 10 min. to Ergo Arena. Excellent public transport links; 5 min. on foot to the tram and bus, and 15 min. to the SKM (City Fast Train).

I invite you to a cozy, renovated 2-room apartment (31m2), located in the Żabianka estate. A very sunny apartment, consisting of a living room with a sofa for sleeping, a kitchenette and a work room (6 m2). Separated by sliding doors. It is located on the 2nd floor in a block of flats with an elevator, in an excellent location in terms of transport, close to the SKM station, tram stop. Full commercial and service facilities. Near the seaside and green areas.

The apartment is very bright, sunny and warm. It has a double bed, a couch, and an equipped kitchenette. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator). It's like nothing's missing. The apartment is only: 900m from the beach, 2 min. by walk bus stop, 5 minutes by tram, 20 min. train station Gdańsk Oliwa (SKM Oliwa), and 5 min. market Biedronka. Almost below the block, the Reagan Park begins, a great place for walks, picnics, and bikes.
