We live next door and there are friendly cats and a dog that live on the property. *please note Hot Tub needs to be booked BY THE GUEST DIRECTLY with ‘Midland Hot Tub Hire’ for price, to arrive at the property the day before arrival to be filled and heated. With its own driveway and dedicated parking, it is situated in a very private spot enjoying stunning countryside views. Close to Ashbourne, Belper, Carsington Reservoir and Kedleston Hall. Plenty of country pubs nearby serving local ales and hearty food.
