Terrace apartment in Geltendorf

This apartment offers you both: tranquility in the countryside and yet you are in the middle of Munich in just 30 minutes. The train station is a 2-minute walk away. The Ammersee and Wörthsee, two of the most beautiful lakes in the Munich area, can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. The apartment is located in a house with six parties on the property where my grandparents' house used to be. That's why there are still some memorabilia in the apartment, such as my grandmother's old sewing machine.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. Munich is 35 minutes away via the nearby highway. In addition, a well-developed bicycle network around Lake Ammersee to Pfaffenwinkel and the other lakes of the Five Lakes region awaits you. In Windach, 1 km away, you can buy wonderful regional organic products.

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Die schöne Wohnung bietet auf ca. 45 m² ein Wohnzimmer mit TV, eine voll ausgestattete Einbauküche mit Esstisch, Bad, Terrasse und Schlafzimmer. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm). Handtücher, Bettwäsche sowie ein separater Eingang sind inklusive. Parken ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite möglich. Die S-Bahn Türkenfeld ist ca. 5 km entfernt, München erreicht man mit dem Auto in 25–30 Minuten.
