This beautiful and well-equipped apartment with free parking in front of our house with garden incl. covered parking space for your bikes offers plenty of space and is located in a very safe and quiet residential area, only 10 minutes' walk to the Danube Island and also the Vienna city centre is quickly and easily accessible. The bus station is located just steps away from the house. You can reach the numerous sights of Vienna in about 15-30 minutes by car.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night is payable on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. Cozy stylish apartment with garden close to Vienna

We offer you a cozy fully equipped apartment with own kitchen in the ground floor of our House which is located in the beautiful village of Leobendorf very close to Vienna. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

The building has been finished in 2025 and is therefore in a very good condition. The apartment offers a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. The accommodation is located in a quiet area but has excellent public transport connections, making it easy to reach the city center. There is a free parking lot not too far away and also a lake where you can swim for free.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. In our single-family house in a quiet location, we offer our attic apartment for rent. You enter the house through the rear entrance and reach the staircase, which is also used by us. You will reach the attic, where the apartment is located. Here you have your own area with kitchen and bathroom. There is a double bed as well as a pull-out couch for two more people.
