This reservation includes four studio rooms, plus exclusivity to the outdoor areas — pool, patio, and exterior kitchen. No parties allowed. No music or loud noise after 10pm. Pet friendly (pets need to be added to reservation and pay fee).

It is a separate apartment on the lower level of a house that we also rent out on Airbnb; each has its own separate space. A few steps away is a beautiful oceanfront viewpoint (next to stairs leading down to the sea), and a few steps away is a famous restaurant, breweries, and cafes. With parking in a trellis common area.

Small studio room with bathroom, independent, very comfortable, queen bed, for single person or couple, not suitable for babies or toddlers, there is glassware on hand. Very clean, thoroughly sanitized. Away from the street, close to downtown. Cable TV, internet, with a minibar, microwave and coffee maker, ideal for resting and/or working, hair dryer and iron. It is located outside the main house area with a separate entrance, entrance porch, completely private and very safe.

It does not have a garage but it has an exclusive place in front of the apartment. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from downtown and Macroplaza del Mar and the beach. You can reach the tourist area by vehicle in approximately 10 minutes. Getting around by Uber or public transport is a good option.
