Unsere Ferienwohnung ist ruhig und zentral gelegen in einem Wohngebiet mit angrenzendem Wald. Sie ist ca. 75 m² groß, befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Hauses und bietet Platz und Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 6 Personen. Sie besteht aus einer Wohnküche mit Blick auf die Kluterthöhle. Das Wohnzimmer lädt mit einem großen Sofa sowie einem Kamin zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Zudem gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, eine Spieleecke für Kinder sowie einen Schreibtisch & WLan fürs Home-Office.

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

This stylish accommodation with over 90 square meters of space is perfect for group travel, couples or if you like it a little more spacious. From here you can easily reach many surrounding big cities such as Dortmund, Wuppertal, Düsseldorf or Cologne by train. The flat is very well located - both central but still quiet! You can reach the train station in less than 10 minutes. In about 5 minutes you can reach our small center and also many shopping opportunities.

Apartment in the village of Gevelsberg - close to the center - 300 m

Our bright, cozy and inexpensive non-smoking apartment awaits you in the former Stiftamtmannshaus in sight of the Saure restaurant, the old grain distillery and the music school. In the immediate vicinity is a small grocery store, the elementary school Am Strückerberg, the Church of the Redeemer, a savings bank and about 300 m away the attractive Gevelsberg city center with retail, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets... The Jakobsweg leads directly past our house.

A separate apartment with balcony, parking place and Wi-Fi

You can rent the apartment in our detached house for yourself. This is where we connected a new router. Now there is the latest WLan technology WIFI 6. The 50sqm with a south-facing balcony are equipped with a mobile air conditioning. The house is situated in a quiet dead end street. A separate bedroom with a box spring bed (1.40X2m) and walk-in wardrobe. In the bathroom you will find a nice walk-in shower and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Cozy apartment on Kuhlerkamp All Inclusive

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. Our all-inclusive package includes dish towels, towels and also fresh bed linens. If you are staying longer, you will of course receive another set of fresh towels and dish towels on request.

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.

Vacation home Nelkenweg

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A covered terrace is at your disposal to relax. A highlight is the wide view over Ennepetal. Take excursions to the Kluterthöhle, just a 15-minute walk. Many signposted hiking trails and mountain bike trails start directly at the apartment. In neighboring Wuppertal, there is the suspension railway and the zoo as well as many other attractions.

Vacation home, mechanic Gevelsberg

The apartment is suitable for 1 to maximum 2 people. There is a small bathroom with shower/toilet, a living-dining room and a bedroom. The apartment has a separate entrance and is located in a detached 3-party house in a quiet residential area. It has a fully equipped fitted kitchen. Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed, but in front of the apartment in a sitting area.

We like to invite you to our freshly renovated studio appartment in the basement of our house. The full furnished appartment is perfect for your stay in the heart of Bergisch Land. In the living room you can find a kitchen, a working space, a couch for relaxing and a bed size 140 x 200 cm. The accessible bathroom with day light has got a shower, WC, basin and washing machine.
