We are located along Belfast's Malone Place - an area steeped in history, with this particular property dating back to 1855, making it 165 years old! The property has recently undergone a major refurbishment, with no expense spared, resulting in this ultra modern, beautiful and tranquil sanctuary.

The Carriage

The Carriage offers our guests a stay within a converted railway carriage. Departing for its final journey in 1952, has since been restored to its former glory. Sitting proudly on the station platform, located on the ground floor. This stunning King bedroom maintains all of it's original character, while providing guests with the luxury features you would expect. At the front of the carriage, you will find the large walk in rainfall shower, complete with a deep copper sink and copper fittings.

The Red Lion, Odiham

Our premium pub and inn has been designed with modern décor to provide a relaxing, inviting, and stylish place to eat, drink and sleep. Our nightly rates include breakfast each day. As our guest, enjoy the benefits of our popular pub restaurant downstairs; relax by the fire catching up on the papers, dine with us or simply pass time over a drink or two. We enjoy a prime location in the heart of Odiham's high street. Street parking and public pay-and-display car parking are available.

The Venice Suite at Ffarm Country House

Ffarm Country House is a marvellous Grade II listed manor house dating from 1706. With many unusual architectural features inside and out the Ffarm has a wealth of character and charm. Now operated as a boutique hotel, the Ffarm has a total of 10 en-suite guest rooms of which the Venice Suite is the most spacious. Situated within 2 acres of private grounds in the quiet village of Betws-yn-Rhos it provides the perfect spot to base an exploration of the North Wales countryside.

Wake up to a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee before heading out into the historic city of Canterbury. This breathtaking room will amaze and enthral with its rich colour scheme, seating area, large shower room, and sumptuous king-sized bed. You have full, private access to your room and en-suite shower room, just like in a hotel. We provide daily servicing between 11am and 3pm. Check-in is fully automated. Please note that this is a listed building; access is via stairs.

The central location means guests can benefit from being surrounded by an array of restaurants, cafes and shops.

Woods View Room - The Lodges at Feldon Valley

Our Lodges consist of 25 ensuite bedrooms spread across 5 buildings, set in woodland running parallel to our golf course. The Main Lodge consists of 13 bedrooms in 3 room types across the ground and first floor levels. In the Main Lodge you will also find our Reception and Hotel Bar. Leading away from the Main Lodge, on the raised boardwalk that meanders through the woodlands, are the 4 individual lodge - each with three ensuite bedrooms.

A 1 bedroom spacious room couch and living area luxury bed and linen, partial sea view from a bay window, has separate entrance with courtyard garden, set in the historical high street this early eighteen century building is full of charm and history, although above a quaint public house ambient noise can only be heard when the pub is open then it's peaceful, the entrance is completely separate.
