The completely renovated, 80 square meter and 100 year old former tenant house is idyllically and very quietly located on the edge of a small settlement in the countryside. It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. The upper house is equipped with all kinds of luxury such as a balcony, bath and luxury kitchen appliances. The Space: A large living room, two single bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. Access: The upper house has its own entrance. Other points: It is possible to rent the upstairs apartment for a longer period of time. No pets.

Het Goede Gemoed; to really rest.

Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. Het Goede Gemoed; "Afterwards and yet close". Good cozy restaurants are plentiful and also grabbing a movie is done in no time.

Complete house with air conditioning

The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with a fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. There is a fire bowl in front of the sauna. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the sauna, as I have to give a short briefing. You can grill, a grill is ready.

Beautiful apartment 95m2 in the city center with garden

Apartment (95m2) on the lower floor with lovely city garden. Located right in the center and yet quiet. The adjacent Brasserie Willemientje serves breakfast, lunch and you can have a drink with snacks Shops, restaurants, museums and the cozy "Oude Markt" with the many terraces are within walking distance.
