Spectacular ocean views design apartment with boat

Recently designed by an interior designer and rebuilt, this loft has breathtaking views over the ocean from every spot in the apartment. It is on the top floor of Cap sa Sal, a historical building that was originally "the" luxury spot in the Costa Brava in the 60s. It was then turned into private apartments 40 years ago and this specific one has been redone recently. OPTIONAL: include a 7m speed boat with 250 horsepower motor for 250 euros x day. A boat licence is required and extra deposit

Full sea and mountain view, 10 minutes' walk from the beautiful Troc Cove, start of the marine reserve, at the start of beautiful hikes, fully equipped, quiet residence, free and secure parking, my accommodation is perfect for couples as well as families. Possibility to rent my canoe which is in the creek (2 seats + children, very comfortable) Thalassotherapy in the heart of the residence is accessible by reservation (see the Côté Thalasso Banyuls website)
