The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first upstairs bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second ground floor bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first ground floor bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it. Flat is within walking distance of the £60m shopping centre redevelopment The Crescent having new cinema and many eateries to suit all tastes. Two minutes walk from the train station, three from the bus station. The flat is large and airy, a spacious 95 sqm. with internet, TV, well equipped kitchen and large shower room. No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

Beautiful house in a country setting with a private garden, patio and safe, off street parking. Upstairs living. Big open plan kitchen with island, dining and sitting area. Kitchen is fully equipped. Remote control gas fire. French doors with a Juliet balcony. 2 spacious downstairs bedrooms with modern en-suite bathrooms. Both have a TV. Perfect location, approx 3 miles from M1, M69 junction and 6 miles from Leicester city center. 15 minute walk to the village pub and garden center.
