The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

Old Wood Hollow Retreat (Farm)

Located an hour outside of Montreal, Old Wood Hollow is a brick victorian homestead nestled far from the road, deep in the woods. With 100 acres to explore across hay fields, an orchard and a wooded trail, the modern farmhouse (complete with a built-in generator and a heated floors) offers a respite from the city. *Pool opens June 20th & closes on Labour Day. Welcome to the Adirondack Hideout on Chateaugay Lake. Featuring spectacular lakefront views & a spacious floor plan with a granite kitchen and two private bedrooms, a pullout couch as well as 4 cots. Sleeps up to 6 people comfortably, and features a sandy shoreline for swimming or fishing. Five single kayaks, 2 tandem kayaks, a paddle boat, row boat , life jackets ,outdoor games, a firepit and spotlights are available for guest use. A nearby public sandbar is reachable for use.

The Adirondack home is a cozy warm house, sitting on a 45 acres property in Schuyler Falls, NY with gorgeous surrounding nature located between lake champlain and whiteface moutain. If you’re looking to enjoy a nice sauna, a warm jacuzzi, and/or a relaxing night with fire on a clear sky, don’t hesitate to book. It is a haven for a couple romantic getaway, a skiing experience, or a relaxing family time in the Adirondack nature. Parties are not allowed for safety reasons.
