Herzlich Willkommen in unserem neu errichteten Loft Apartment, idyllisch gelegen im Grünen neben einem Bauernhof mit Blick auf die imposante Bergwelt und nur eine kurze Autofahrt von der Stadt Salzburg entfernt. Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Reisende und Familien, optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Salzkammergut, nach Bayern oder in die Alpen zum Radfahren und Wandern. Das Apartment befindet sich auf Etage 3 (ohne Lift), kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten sind am Grundstück vorhanden.

Vacation in the countryside at Lake Wallersee near Salzburg

The area is very rural, the apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.

Modern 160 m² house with a residential unit on the 1st floor with a great view of the Alps, right on the outskirts of the top tourist destination Salzburg. The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Das Apartment "The Sun" gehört zu den rustikal-chicen Unterkünften von The Barn Salzburg und bietet Platz für 4 Gäste auf 65m2 (auf 2 Ebenen) mit 10m2 Terrasse mit Aussicht. Das Apartment wurde neu gebaut und im Sommer 2023 fertig gestellt. Naturnahe Luxus wird erlebbar mit natürlichen Materialien wie zB Holz, es wurde nachhaltig gebaut und mit viel Liebe und Sinn für Gemütlichkeit modern eingerichtet.

Old town Salzburg

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
