The Perfect location for a short drive to Anclote River Park 12 min, where you can enjoy a day at the beach and see some amazing sunsets, we have seen dolphins right in the swimming area. Miss Vicki's restaurant on the water for a afternoon lunch or dinner, they offer some great seafood. Rent a boat and go to anclote Island and find some amazing shells. A quiet neighborhood, private suite, with private entrance, for two guest only and no babies no children, or pets. Only service animals.

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.

Very comfortable, spacious and airy. The home is just 35 minutes from Tampa It Airport. Nearby there are a lot of amazing beaches (Clearwater beach 26 miles, Honeymoon Island State Park 17 miles, Howard Park 9 miles) and shopping centers. Publix and Walmart are just 6 minutes away. There are also a lot of restaurants/fast food places close to the residence.
