The accommodation is part of a villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travellers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHEN CORNER. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle and a hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on site.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

Ethical house in Umbria

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The Donkey Refuge

The accommodation is located in the beautiful setting of Elcito, an uninhabited historic village and immersed in nature, built on a spur of rock. Walkers and wild animals are normal. Great retreat for those who want to get away from everyday life: the phone doesn't pick up here, there are no Wi-Fi connections. Not enough for you to stay here? Well, know that it is possible to match the stay for a day with the donkeys of our farm!
