Travelers to Berlin, artists will love the excellent acoustics, audio equipment (Nord Stage, Genelec, ...), and the awesome grand piano. This freestanding, three-story house features a terrace and grill, offering a retreat while being located in the heart of Berlin’s best bars and restaurants, Spree River and the Canal.

In unserem urgemütlichen und gleichzeitig sehr gehobenen Tiny House/Bauwagen, könnt ihr abschalten und Eure Auszeit genießen! Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Habitat Grove

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

Our house offers everything you need for a nice stay in Dresden. In the middle of the trendy district, an idyllic house with a rural ambiance awaits you. You can expect a modern flair with a lot of love for detail. The house is very spacious and fully equipped. The location is quiet, but still directly adjacent to the trendy Dresden Neustadt district. In the meantime, you finally have time to slow down, switch off, and be together. Are you looking for a special kind of forest experience? Enjoy a stay in our idyllic and fully equipped holiday home in the south of the Lüneburg Heath. Whether on long walks or bike rides, coffee and cake enjoyment on the terrace or a barbecue experience on the fire barrel, it is entirely up to you. The forest house is located in the middle of a natural forest property, with many special highlights, such as the barbecue and sauna hut.

The old coin

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

The house has 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms / lounge / fully equipped kitchen. The max. Occupancy is 5 people, 4 people is the optimal occupancy. The house has a surrounding large terrace which has a wonderful view of the Spree and the Spree meadows.
