Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! Old bakery in the Fischerkietz

The apartment is located in a former bakery in the historic Fischerkietz. With its listed houses, the street is reminiscent of a village street from the turn of the century. The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

The light-flooded 90 m² living area is adjacent to a large roof terrace, which provides a magnificent view and invites you to relax. Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

An antidote to bland hotel rooms :) My flat is on the first floor of an historic apartment building and it's original features like high ceilings and parquet floors retain the grandeur of early 20th century Prague residences. Features: - kitchen (and Nespresso) - bath, shower, washing machine, bed 200X160cm. The neighbourhood retains 'local' charm, travel to the centre is easy and there's a cool Vietnamese store next door.

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.

At the very top of our listed Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared the Eagle's Nest for you. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.
