Starete immersi nella natura, ma a poca distanza dalle spiagge di sabbia di Lacona, Norsi e Capoliveri. A 10 minuti, verso Portoferraio, trovate le spiagge di sassi bianchi di Padulella, Capobianco e le Ghiaie. Nel giardino esterno c'è una Jacuzzi 6 posti disponibile gratuitamente da aprile a ottobre. La villa è stata rinnovata nel 2024. Gli amici a 4 zampe sono i benvenuti.
