Outside there is a beautiful unheated swimming pool with a child-friendly area, sun loungers, a barbecue and parking. .Inside, on the ground floor, there is a large living room with fireplace, an equipped kitchen, a toilet and a relaxation room, as well as a room with its own bathroom.adapted for people with disabilities The large sliding windows in the living room connect the house directly to the garden. On the first floor, there are 4 bedrooms with private terrace and private bathroom and a gym with sea view. Enjoy this wonderful charming villa. For this villa we ask for a deposit which will be charged by credit card on the day of check-in. For this property a deposit of 1500€ is requested,which will be charged at the Virtual POS (card) at the time of check-in. and will be returned after 48h, after checking the property, as long as there is no damage or breakage and there has been no complaint for noise/music after 24.00. PARTIES IN THE VILLA,to play loud music in the garden during the day to disturb the neighbours, smoking or the use of smoke machines are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. The deposit will be retained if there are complaints from neighbours or the authorities, to cover possible fines. In order to confirm your reservation we kindly request a 30% advance by transfer. Comfortably furnished bungalow with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a wash basin and a toilet, a living-dining room and a fully equipped open kitchen. The two door windows open onto the terrace giving direct access to the fine sandy beach of the Mar Menor. The view from the terrace is spectacular and the sunsets every day are fabulous. The kitchen has a door to an inner patio with a shower and the washing machine. The apartment has Internet - WiFi connection for free. The house is surrounded by community gardens with a lawn in front, with pine trees, plants, palm trees and flowers. There is free parking space around the building. The site is closed with an electric fence with remote control. Commercial centers, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the rental agency Inmovecos are right in the neigborhood. It is located in a child-friendly environment, no cars and no traffic. The Club house, an enclosure with equipments for water sports, bicycles, beach toys for children, canoes, etc., freely available to the customers, is two steps from the beach in the Soling complex next to the Optimist.
