It is 800 meters from Carabasi beach, one of the best beaches. Distance from the airport 10 km, bus stop 20 meters towards Alicante, near a shopping center with supermarkets and services. Tourist train to get around the area and beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: toaster, microwave, juicer, coffee maker.

Located 100 mts walk from La Mata beach of fine sand, with garage, terrace , and with very good orientation- very sunny, close to all services (restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, gas station, health center, children's fair almost all year round) all on foot, very quiet area, and a natural park 200 meters walking to do bike route or walking (bike rental 5 minutes walking)... and with good combinations every 20 minutes) with bus to Torrevieja, and to Alicante every hour.
