Well appointed, beautifully furnished condo, centrally-located, very walkable, close groceries & restaurants, Ski Run Marina, El Dorado Beach boat launch, Heavenly Ski Resort, casinos. Transient Occupancy Taxes are collected by host and passed to the City of South Lake Tahoe. Taxes are 12% of the total rental amount.

Lakeland is a central condo complex that is walking distance to everything - Stateline, the casinos, Heavenly Village, Gondola, Restaurants, Shopping, Whole Foods, Five Guys, Panda Express & more! Lakeland also has a community seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, tennis court and of course a private beach! What more could you ask for? :)
