It's situated directly on the beach, with private beach access, and unobstructed views of the ocean and Coronado islands. This home affords the perfect opportunity to both relax and unwind, while also playing in the sand and surf. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Also just south of Baja Studios where such films as Titanic and Master Commander were filmed. Enjoy fabulous sunsets from the huge new patio, or build a bonfire on the beach directly below, while sipping margaritas and enjoying the sights of things like dolphins and horses, and the sounds of the crashing waves. Low tides are great for clamming right, then throw them on the BBQ.

We are located in KM92 in the Tecate-Ensenada Highway and 2 miles in to the unpaved road. In the property we have a total of 3 cabins 2 cabins of 2 bedrooms and 1 single bedroom cabin. Our cottage at Las Gaviotas is know for surfing @ private gated community with 24hr security, easily accessible to Winery's and Lobster village at Puerto Nuevo, Ensenada and Rosarito Beach. If Booking with us you must have the information on your location, which is #101 Pelicanos Oeste, printed out on where you will be staying for the security guards to better direct you to your location. Also Las Gaviotas will not allow any type of campers.
