Beautiful holiday apartment for 2-4 people in Adelebsen, Barterode district. Centrally located between the Harz and Weser, Göttingen and Solling, ideal for hiking, cycling or motorcycling, or simply relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the view of the pond. Living in the old village centre with a cosy half-timbered atmosphere, wooden floors and wooden ceilings. There is a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering guests. For everyone else, there is a bakery/café and a restaurant in the village.

The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.
