You can look forward to 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 of them with their own washbasin), a rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a separate toilet, and a garden with a terrace and barbecue. Haus Maria Theresia is a detached house located on the outskirts of Ehrwald, towards Lermoos, in the middle of the Zugspitz Arena ski area. This area is extremely suitable both for skiers, cross-country skiers, hikers and for families with children. This sunny spot has a beautiful view over the 'Moosdal’ and has plenty of parking in front of the door. Near Ehrwald station, ski bus stop 5 min away.
