We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Our 4 apartments are located 80m from the road, ground level, south side, 2 of them with furnished terrace; they are between 34sqm and 68sqm in size and all as new, complete and lovingly equipped. Of course parking, Wi-Fi free, indoor swimming pool (300m) reduced with guest card, in summer Bogenparcour free. Gschwendtalm-Tirol -a Resort for your Take-Time

Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Das im Jahr 2022 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Sunshine lädt im Apartment Spirit of Deer zur Entspannung und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau ein. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. This old building apartment has been newly and lovingly renovated by me and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view with a south-facing balcony. I am sure you will love my home like me. Hikes or bike rides can start right outside the front door, and the ski slopes are also just a large meadow away. The nearest bus station is only about 200m away. In bad weather, there is a big TV with Netflix and fast wifi.
