The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die ruhig gelegene Terrasse, auf der Sie entspannte Stunden verbringen können. Für Ihren Komfort stehen Ihnen alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Verfügung. Für Ihr Fahrzeug steht ein PKW Stellplatz direkt vor der Haustür und auch für Elektro- oder Hybridautos ist gesorgt, da eine Ladestation direkt am Haus vorhanden ist.
