Right in the middle of it all on walking distance In the house there is a swimming pool, table tennis and fitness for free use. Sauna and wellness area as well as washing machines for a fee. A garage is also available, here are the dimensions! Length 5.20m, width 1.90m, height is important, not higher than 1.60 m Free parking is very close by in the side streets very close by.

The house is located near Ski Arlberg, very centrally in Pettneu am Arlberg. There are many restaurants and bars, the ski-bus stop, the bakery, the supermarket and some sports shops nearby. A supermarket is about 3 minutes away. The bike path passes by in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the ski resort on Kolsassberg is ideal for beginners.
